Using this site
This website is operated by Reado Book Social Foundation (CIN U85300PN2020NPL188994). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
Explaining what the foundation does, letting you offer books or devices, apply to volunteer, request a book, donate, or get in touch. It is not a shop, and nothing on it is sold.
Accuracy
We try to keep everything here correct and current. Where we do not have a fact — an impact figure, a certificate, a partnership — we say so rather than fill the gap. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Offers of books and devices
Submitting a form is an offer, not a completed donation. We may decline an item that is damaged, unsafe, out of date, or that we cannot responsibly pass to a student. Collection depends on where you are and how much there is, and we will tell you honestly before anyone travels.
Requesting books
Requests are met where a copy is free and the student is within an area we can reach. Submitting a request does not guarantee a book. There is never a charge for a book or its delivery.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and are covered by our donation policy and refund and cancellation policy.
Your content
Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not submit another person's details without their knowledge. We may remove anything that breaches this.
Our content
The text, design, photographs and logo on this site belong to Reado Book Social Foundation or are used with permission. You may link to the site freely and quote it with attribution. Please do not reproduce the photographs of children elsewhere — consent was given for our use, not for the internet at large.

Where we link to another site we are pointing at information, not vouching for it, and we are not responsible for what it does.
Availability and liability
We make the site available as it is and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the foundation is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
